The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained, offering a pleasant area to wander around. the various animals on the grounds, especially for our daughter, were a delightful touch. the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere. We appreciated the thoughtfulness put into the layout and design of the rooms, particularly the excitement it brought to the children with the beds.

The hotel felt a bit overdone and themed, which may not appeal to everyone. the initial coldness of the room upon arrival was a bit of a disappointment and took some time to warm up.
